ExcellentEvents grew from providing event registration services to conferences and symposiums. Our first major event was the NZ Geographical Conference at Auckland University in 2003, where we provided online registration and abstract management services to the delegates. This was followed with the Robyn Irvine Symposium in 2004 that celebrated the life work in the Social Sciences of Robyn.

In 2004 we began our involvement with the Pokeno School Wheels and Heels Fund-raising event. ExcellentEvents continues to provide event management services to this popular day.

ExcellentEvents has had a long involvement with the New Zealand Special Schools Principals Association by providing online registration services and in 2008 organising and managing the event at the Copthorne Hotel in Waitangi.

In 2007 we managed the 2nd SocCon Conference at the Langham Hotel in Auckland and in 2008 the New Zealand Resource Teachers Learning and Behaviour Conference at the TelstraClear Pacific Events Centre in Manukau City.

2004 - 2010 Pokeno Wheels and Heels: Cycle ride event  250+ participants.

2009 3rd Australasian Engineering Heritage Conference, Salmon College Dunedin : Volunteer committee member, provision of audio-visual technical services and compilation of the Proceedings CD.

2008 9th NZ Resource Teachers: Learning and Behaviour Conference, TelstraClear Pacific Centre Manukau City: ExcellentEvents was the contracted Conference Manager for this event. 472 delegates and 30 exhibitors.

2008 New Zealand Association of Special Schools Principals Conference, Copthorne Hotel ,Waitangi.  50 delegates and exhibitors.

2007 SocCon (Social Science Educators), Langham Hotel, Auckland 350 delegates and 33 exhibitors.

2007 Responsible Thinking Workshops, Pukekohe.
