The Tony Rollinson Cup

The cup was presented in 2007 by Tony’s good friends, Dennis Griffin and John Hudson, to celebrate the very active and supportive life that Tony lead.

Always the adventurous type , Tony organised a group to ride the length of Britain. Dennis and John were members of the group. Sadly Tony passed away while on the ride.

The next year , accompanied by Tony’s wife Anne , Dennis and John returned to Britain to complete the ride out of respect for Tony.

“Wheels and Heels” will always be appreciative of the support that Tony and Anne provided. There's was always a big effort, and it is fitting that a big effort will always be needed to be the winner of the hill climb section for the “Tony Rollinson Memorial Cup” .

In 2009, there are plans to have another cup that will be presented to the first woman competitor in the hill climb
